HOW DO I TEST BELLA?

•This tool is most effective if you practice using it. Please, try it now, the experience will prepare and empower you.

•To activate the alarm, pull the removable top pin from the body. 

•The alarm will emit a piercing 130db sound; the light will flash. Keep the speaker uncovered and face it toward your target.

•To stop the alarm, replace the top pin into the body.

 

HOW DO I REPLACE BELLA'S BATTERIES?

•To open the alarm case, open the alarm via the side seam hole.

•Remove the internal screws.

•Insert two CR2032 batteries.

•Replace the screws, and snap the alarm casing together.

 

HOW LONG DO THE BATTERIES LAST?

•Bella will last for 2 years on standby. This is double the industry standard. Alarm activation can last for up to 40 continual minutes with each new set of batteries.

 

HOW LOUD IS BELLA?

•130 decibels, comparable to a jet engine flying 100 feet above you.

 

WHERE CAN I BUY BELLA?

•Bella is available exclusively on our website only.

 

CAN  I ORDER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

•We try to accomodate all rush orders for same day delivery within Metro Manila. For priority orders, please contact us via Instagram and we will do our best to accomodate.  Please note that priority pickup orders will still incur standard shipping and handling charges. Rider booking and pickup costs are care of the customer.

DOES BELLA SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

• Currently, Bella ships orders within the Philippines.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

•Bella accepts Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, GCash, Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery. Only one payment method will be accepted per order.

 

WHEN ORDERING, HOW DO I INPUT MY DISCOUNT CODE?

•On the checkout page, input your special code into the promo code field.

•Please take care to input your promo code before you complete your order as we are unable to apply it retroactively.

•Only one promo code can be applied per order.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL, CHANGE, OR CREDIT MY ORDER?

•Please note that once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

WILL I GET AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?

•Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

• Orders are typically processed in 2 business day. Shipping time frames will vary depending on the method selected during checkout.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

•Bella sends you an email when your package has shipped.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

•If your item arrives damaged, please email hello@wearebella.ph and include your order number.

•If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please wait 10 business days from the date of shipment prior to emailing hello@wearebella.ph with your order number.

 

DOES BELLA HAVE A WARRANTY?

•Yes, Bella offers a 60 day warranty from the original date of purchase.

 

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

•The warranty covers any operational defects or malfunctions for up to 60 days from date of purchase.

•The warranty does not cover damages caused by general wear and tear, water damage, intentional damage, and theft. The warranty does not cover battery replacements.

 

HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY REQUEST?

•If you believe your Bella is not working properly, please write to hello@wearebella.ph with the email subject “Warranty Request”––include your Name, Email Address, Order #, Date of Purchase, and the reason for your return.

•Our customer service team will contact you within two business days. If your Bella meets the warranty requirements, we will ask you to return your item (paid by us). Bella will then send a one-time replacement to your original address free of charge.
